Tasks

- Quality Assurance: Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance patient care.
- Communication: Foster collaboration among team members and promote a supportive work culture
- Stock Management and Cross Infection Control: Report to management of materials needed and maintenance of surgeries allocated
Requirements
- Previous experience in a leadership role within a large dental clinic.
- Registration with the General Dental Council (GDC).
- Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and establish strong relationships across departments.
