Tasks
- Assist senior scouts in identifying and evaluating young football talent in local leagues and community events.
- Compile detailed reports on player performance potential and areas for development using statistical data and observational insights.
- Collaborate with lead staff to understand team needs and align scouting activities with organizational goals.
- Attend training sessions and matches regularly to maintain an updated understanding of player progress and team dynamics.
- Participate in workshops and training programs to enhance scouting skills and stay informed about the latest trends in sports analytics and talent identification.
Requirements
- Strong passion for football and understanding of the sports dynamics and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with players coaches and other stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze and assess player performances objectively and accurately.
- Willingness to travel frequently to attend matches and scout for potential talent.
