At Factorial were looking for a new Sales Development Representative for the Spanish Market to help us boost the company to the next level.

The Role
As an SDR at Factorial youll play a key role in driving our sales process. Youll be at the frontline of identifying and qualifying opportunities whether generated by you through marketing initiatives or from our incredible Outbound Lead Generation team.
What Youll Do:
- Engage Leads: Execute multi-touch and multichannel outreach campaigns (email LinkedIn video and cold calling) to connect with prospects.
- Qualify Opportunities: Qualify leads and book them to our Account Executives (AEs) to close the deal.
- Master Sales Skills: Learn on the job with plenty of support training and tools in a hands-on fast-paced environment.

- Own Your Goals: Crush your monthly targets (or go beyond!)your ambition is the limit.
- Build Connections: Forge strong bonds with your team and collaborate closely with colleagues across Outbound Lead Generation Account Executives Sales RevOps Customer Success and Marketing.
- Understand the Market: Stay curious! Take every chance to learn about the market the HR industry and our business.

Your Profile
- Languages: Native Spanish speaker with at least a B2 level of English (written and spoken).
- Tech Enthusiasm: Passionate about HR and technology with a love for digital innovation.

- Proactive Communicator: Confident and fearless on the phone.
