BEZ TRANSFORMATORYs history in the transformer industry dates back approximately 100 years. Production began in our Bratislava-based factory in 1902 and we have manufactured and installed over 230000 transformers in the last 40 years.
Tasks
- This is a full-time on-site or hybrid role for a Sales Director. As a Sales Director at BEZ TRANSFORMÁTORY you will be responsible for
- Leading sales operations
- Driving business development
- Overseeing team management
- Developing sales strategies
- Building and maintaining customer relationships
- Supervising sales teams and ensuring the achievement of sales targets
Requirements
- Sales Sales Operations and Business Development skills
- Customer Service and Customer Relationship Management
- Team Management and Leadership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in the energy or manufacturing Transformers industry
- Masters degree in High Voltage Electro or related field
