Were seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our core this role you will be instrumental in building and scaling our AI native platform. Youll leverage your expertise in Python Flask MongoDB and ideally enterprise application integration to create a seamless and powerful user experience. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team shape the future of Medical Information and drive the development of cutting-edge solutions.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Stack Development: Architect develop and maintain robust scalable and high-performance web applications using for the frontend and Python Flask for the backend.
- AI Integration and Development: Fine-tune and orchestrate LLMs build vector databases design RAG pipelines and integrate these features into the user interface creating a powerful and intuitive AI native user experience.
- Database Management: Work with MongoDB to design optimize and maintain data structures that support the platforms functionality.
- Editor Development (Preferred): If you have experience building rich text editors or similar complex UI components youll play a crucial role in developing core features of our platform.
- Enterprise Integration (Preferred): Leverage your experience integrating with enterprise systems to ensure our platform seamlessly connects with existing infrastructure.
Requirements
- 3 years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer.
- Strong proficiency in and its ecosystem.
- Solid experience with Python (Flask).
- Experience with database design and management for MongoDB.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
- Experience in building and deploying scalable web applications.
- Excellent problem-solving communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience building rich text editors or complex UI components.
- Experience integrating with enterprise applications and systems.
- Experience with DevOps practices and cloud platforms (GCP).
- Experience with LLMs prompt engineering RAG components.
- Familiarity with the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
- Previous experience in a startup environment and/or entrepreneurship
