About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Business Developer to join a sales-driven team in Berlin. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in technical sales who can identify business opportunities engage with decision-makers and drive revenue growth in a structured B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities

Identify qualify and develop new business opportunities within the German market

Engage with prospects to understand technical and business needs
-
Present and position technical solutions aligned with client requirements

Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure

Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
-
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
-
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales performance
Requirements
-
German: C2 / Native level (mandatory)
-
English: B2 level (mandatory)
-
Proven experience in technical sales (mandatory)

Strong commercial mindset with excellent communication skills

Ability to work on-site in Berlin

Experience in B2B environments is a strong advantage
Important Location & Relocation Notes - Strong preference for candidates currently based in Berlin
- Relocation may be possible but will be assessed strictly on a case-by-case basis
- Candidates requiring relocation may be considered at a later stage or rejected at the final step of the process
- Relocation support is not guaranteed and depends on candidate profile and location
