Job Description
What youll do
- You support the management of our most important customer relationships in roll-out projects in close cooperation with the respective key account managers
- You work hands-on on the optimization of processes in the order management of our premium customersu sing your analytical mindset
- You manage to identify significant pain points in processes and develop suitable solutions
- You and your team plan and manage strategic projects that are important for our (inter)national market expansion
- You translate customer needs into new opportunities for product development in cooperation with your team and our product team
- You build up functional expertise and learn day-to-day management in a highly dynamic scale-up

What youll need
- Enrolment at a university/college or a recent degree in business administration management business informatics or a comparable course of study
- Very good knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Very good written and spoken German and ideally very good English skills
- It is an advantage if you have already gained some professional experience in a start-up a bank or a management consultancy
- Your entrepreneurial mindset with excellent analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel professionally and efficiently are what sets you apart!
