Tasks
As a Senior System Architect you will play a critical role in designing and developing the core MSSP platform. You will work hands-on with cybersecurity tools (CrowdStrike Elastic Windows Defender) while ensuring a robust and scalable system architecture. Additionally youll guide junior developers shaping both the platforms technical foundation and the teams development culture.
Key responsibilities:
- Architect & Develop the MSSP platform with a strong focus on security and scalability.
- Design and implement full-stack solutions using Supabase (SQL) NextJS TypeScript and Python.
- Integrate cybersecurity tools (e.g. CrowdStrike Elastic Windows Defender) into the platform.
- Build large-scale real-time data pipelines and a robust security data lake for analytics.
- Build and optimize APIs to communicate with various security agents.
- Lead system design discussions and make key architectural decisions.
- Work closely with analysts and cybersecurity teams to translate security needs into technical implementations.
- Mentor junior developers providing technical guidance and best practices.
Requirements
Required skills & experience:
5 years in software development with a focus on cybersecurity or security-related systems.
Deep understanding of threat detection SIEM EDR security lakes and security automation.
Experience with full-stack development (Supabase NextJS TypeScript Python).
Strong SQL and database design expertise (performance tuning indexing security).
Experience integrating security tools into large-scale applications.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS GCP or Azure) and DevOps principles.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Nice to have:
Experience in MSSP or SOC environments.
Contributions to open-source security projects. Certifications (e.g. OSCP CISSP AWS Security).
