Are you passionate about data engineering backend development and AI-powered technologies Do you enjoy designing scalable data models optimizing pipelines and leveraging machine learning for intelligent automation If so Aifano GmbH is looking for you!
** What Youll Be Working On**
Designing and implementing **data models** to support AI-driven applications
Developing **scalable data pipelines** using **Supabase** **Prisma** and event-driven architectures
Supporting backend teams in **database architecture query optimization and API development**
Investigating and implementing **prompt engineering** techniques for AI model optimization
Researching and applying **machine learning technologies** to extract and process enterprise data
Ensuring data integrity security and performance across distributed systems
Collaborating with AI engineers to integrate **foundation models** into enterprise workflows
Writing clean testable and well-documented code for data infrastructure and services
Requirements
** What Were Looking For**
Strong expertise in **data modeling database design and backend architecture**
Experience with **Supabase Prisma PostgreSQL and event-driven architectures**
Knowledge of **ETL pipelines data warehouses and real-time data processing**
Familiarity with **prompt engineering** and **machine learning frameworks**
Experience integrating AI models into backend systems (e.g. OpenAI Cohere Anthropic)
Proficiency in **Python** and **TypeScript/** for backend support
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for AI-driven automation
** What Makes You Stand Out**
Hands-on experience with **foundation models** and their enterprise applications
Knowledge of **MLOps model fine-tuning and Reinforcement Learning (RLHF)**
Experience with **message queues (Kafka RabbitMQ) and distributed computing**
Contributions to open-source projects or a strong GitHub portfolio
