Tasks

Oversee daily operations of the spa
Manage staff and ensure high standards of service
Develop and implement spa programs and promotions
Maintain a clean and welcoming environment
Build strong relationships with clients and staff

Requirements

Residency:Must have the right to work in the EU
Language:Native German speaker
Proven experience in spa management or a related field
Strong leadership and communication skills
Customer-oriented mindset
