Tasks

What you will work on

We are a fast-growing startup with people at the center technology at the core and a strong vision for the future.

We need support in building and expanding our community of psychologists in all languages but mainly French-speaking Switzerland ensuring the quality of sessions handling administrative tasks creating content and managing communication with all stakeholders.
You will also support the team in client support onboarding psychologists translation improving processes and operations and further developing our app and website.

Together we will shape a role that aligns with your strengths and passions or we will explore new directions based on your interests. You are at the centerwell figure out the rest together.

Requirements

• A Bachelors (or similar) degree in psychology is a plus but what truly matters is the right mindset and a strong will to create change. A startup thrives on passion dedication and the ability to turn deep thinking into concrete action.
