Tasks
We are looking for a Onboarding & Account Manager to support our Expansion Manager based in Zurich:
- Onboard tens of new restaurant partners
- Teach the Future Kitchens System to new restaurant partners (on premise during service hours)
- Manage relationship with portfolio of partner restaurants
- Upsell additional brands into your portfolio
- Quality assurance of partners / manage Mystery guest program
- Maintain Partner Satisfaction
- Keep improving the Future Kitchens system with ongoing projects
Requirements
Motivated selfstarter that wants to join a fast growing startup:
- German / French
- Based out of Zurich / Remote
- Experience in Kitchen operations
- Onboardings are done during opening hours of restaurant
- Drivers Licence
