Tasks
You responsibilities will be :
1- Management of the entire business life cycle management
Clients sourcing
Sales strategy definition
Set up lead and conduct business meetings with key decision-maker in the Industry
Contracts negotiation
2- Management of the talent acquisition process
Candidates sourcing
Recruitment strategy definition
Set up lead and conduct first and second interviews with future consultants holding an engineering or PhD
degrees
Candidates closing
Signature of full-time contracts
3- Management of a team of consultants
Career plans management
People management
Business unit management
Requirements
- MSc in Management Economics or Business Administration. Alternatively Engineer with a strong appetite for Business Development
- 6 months to 3 years professional experience including internships and apprenticeship
- Strong interest in Business Development Entrepreneurship and Engineering
- You are fluent in German (C1 minimum) speaking French is a strong advantage
