Tasks

• Develop and expand brand partnerships for outdoor sports apparel in Canada & the U.S.
• Identify sales opportunities and negotiate contracts to achieve sales targets
• Provide expert recommendations on product selection materials and design
• Stay ahead of market trends competitor analysis and customer needs
• Collaborate with SOLAMODAs global business team for technical production and quality support
• Travel within North America for client visits trade shows and industry events

Requirements

Education & Industry Knowledge

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Textile Engineering Sports Management or a related field
• Strong understanding of outdoor apparel materials production and fashion trends

Experience & Sales Expertise

• 5-10 years in outdoor apparel sportswear or related industries
• Strong B2B sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals
• Established network of brand clients or key industry connections in North America
• Minimum 5 years of retail experience in North America

Skills & Abilities

• Languages: Fluent in English; French preferred to serve French-speaking clients in Quebec
• Strong market research data analysis and strategic planning skills
• Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel PowerPoint) and digital sales tools

Additional Requirements

• Valid Canadian work permit (authorization to work in Canada is required)
• Willing to travel within Canada and the U.S. for client meetings and trade shows
• Industry connections (existing network of brand clients is a strong asset)
• Valid drivers license for business travel
