Job Summary
Position available for a full or part time grad or early career physiotherapist
We understand that starting a new role can bring about feelings of uncertainty but rest assured well be with you every step of the way. Our lead physiotherapist is passionate about supporting young practitioners youll always have someone to turn to when faced with a complex case. He has been full-time in the industry for over ten years and loves coaching.
We also understand that you may be very keen to get stuck in but may not want to be stuck alone in a room with a huge patient load. We care for our team and want them to thrive with a healthy work/life balance. We check in regularly so that you can express you needs and desires. At Your Body physio we provide a weekly 1:1 mentor session so that you can progress clinically and feel connected.
Tasks
Things you will be responsible for:
Helping patients achieve their active goals through assessment diagnosis goal setting and treatment plans with caring in between.
Connecting with our community of sporting clubs and professional referrers to nurture these relationships and attract a caseload full of your ideal patients.
Bringing your enthusiasm and awesome energy so we can reach our own and our patients goals and have fun in the process!
Requirements
The position would be well suited to either a graduate or a Physiotherapist with one to two years of experience who perhaps hasnt had the support that they would have liked in launching their career. Please bring your AHPRA registration and your awesome energy!
