IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
This internship opportunity is available exclusively through the Erasmus program (students only not young entrepreneurs). Applicants must be enrolled in a university outside Austria as per Erasmus guidelines. Please confirm your eligibility through your countrys Erasmus program before applying.

Earliest start date: August until end of October 2025 & Full 2026
Before submitting your application ensure the process aligns with your universitys requirements. Dont forget to include your preferred starting date and the length of your internship in your application.

Tasks

As an Erasmus intern your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting research and gathering data
• Maintaining and updating our databases
• Supporting project management when required
• Assisting with sales tasks as needed

Requirements

Ideal candidates for this Erasmus internship will have:

• Eligibility to apply through the Erasmus program (please note: internships in Austria are not allowed for students enrolled in Austrian universities under Erasmus rules)
• Strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate in a small team
• Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level; no certification required)
• Punctuality politeness and a professional attitude

Bonus: Knowledge of German is advantageous but not mandatory.

Please note: If you wish to write your thesis in collaboration with our company please discuss this with us in advance as approval is not guaranteed.

• Office location: Central Vienna (U3/U4/S-Bahn Wien Mitte/Landstrasse)
• Working hours: 30 hours per week (MondayThursday 9:00 AM 5:00 PM including 30 minute lunch breaks)
• Two vacation days per month
• Office closed during Christmas and New Years holidays (2 weeks)
