Tasks
- Coordinate team partners clients and projects
- Handle meetings and back-office magic
- Ensure quality in everything we deliver
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Help find and welcome new talent
- Be the go-to person who gets things done
- Improve our workflows day by day
Requirements
- 2 years experience in a similar role
- Native German fluent English
- Organized multitasking skills & self-discipline
- Strong empathy skills to connect with team & clients
- Problem-solving mindset & endurance
- Passion for Hospitality and Social Media
- Strong communication skills
