Requirements

-Highly detailed oriented with strong communication problem solving and team collaboration skills.

-Previous Custom High End Architectural Millwork / Woodworking project engineering expereince

-Understanding of design construction phases - research to concept to development to execution

-Very self motivated with a desire to learn and grow skill sets and quality of work.

-Strong design and architectural millwork knowledge (commercial preferred).

-Microvellum 3D AutoCAD MS Office Adobe / Bluebeam

-Dress appearance and attitude business acceptable.

-Direct client service and communication skills.

-No degree needed / 5 years exp preferred

Responibilities

-Ability to maintain budget parameters

-Create detailed shop drawings; collaboration in a team setting.

-Provide complete bill of materials Microvellum CNC programming of all standard & custom products;

-High level use of Microvellum software; Creation of shop drawings from architecturals in millwork / casework scope

-Adhere to specifications and AWI standards specifically; provide design support for our architect clients in a proactive manner

-Work with minimal oversight in a high production setting; utilize a high level of organization communication and proactive work management skills
