Job Summary

Production Manager
JOB ID # JOS2136
Starting base salary: $70-80K

Responsibilities

-Oversee the production of high-quality wood furniture parts using various woodworking machines including CNCs Finishing Flatline and other Milling machines.
-Manage resources to ensure continuous production and minimal downtime.
-Communicate regularly with management regarding any issues impacting safety or production.

-Schedule routine maintenance on Milling equipment to ensure optimal performance.
-Review the overall quality to ensure Company standards are met.
-Train newly hired employees in furniture building processes.

-Set and monitor productivity goals for each employee.

Requirements

-Proven experience as a superviroy in wood manufacturing
-Strong leadership skills and the ability to set and monitor productivity goals.
-Excellent communication skills for effective liaison with upper management and staff.

-Experience in operating woodworking machinery with furniture machinery being a Big PLUS!

-Physical fitness to stand and move for up to 10 hours per day lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks requiring bending stretching lifting twisting and reaching.
