Job Summary

Raceway Motors is expanding and hiring Used Car Technicians who diagnose fast fix right the first time and keep comebacks clean. If youve worked at CarMax domestic/import dealerships or high-volume independents this is your lane. We want domestic & import experience with a minimum of 4 years on the floor.

Top-market flat rate: $24 $47/hr (based on experience & certifications) with real flag-hour opportunity

Full used-car recon: MPIs accurate RO notes road tests and frontline-ready quality

Diagnose/repair drivability electrical/CAN brakes suspension HVAC and emissions

Perform PM services (oil fluids rotations alignments) and final safety checks

Communicate clearly with advisors and parts; keep bays clean and compliant

4 years professional technician experience (domestic or import)

Pro-level mechanical/electrical diagnostics with modern scan tools and service info

Consistent production with clean comebacks and tight documentation

High school diploma/equivalent; ASE/ASC certifications a plus

Valid drivers license; professional reliable team-first mindset
