Job Summary

Join our clients facility in Elkridge MD as an Electro-Mechanical Assembler with a global leader in industrial automation systems. This temp-to-perm position offers the potential for full-time employment. You will play a key role in assembling conveyors control panels and large mechanical systems contributing to innovative electronics manufacturing solutions. We are seeking skilled and motivated professionals to join the team.

Responsibilities:

Assemble conveyors and electro-mechanical devices following engineering specifications.
Perform soldering of printed circuit boards (PCB) and other electrical components.
Conduct manufacturing operations on assemblies and subassemblies of moderate to high complexity.
Troubleshoot production equipment and resolve issues.
Provide feedback to improve manufacturability and product quality.
Collaborate with Engineering QA and Materials teams to optimize processes.

Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Associates degree preferred).
Experience: Minimum 1 years in electronic or electro-mechanical assembly.
Skills:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Expertise in soldering techniques for PCBs and electrical components.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Location: Elkridge Maryland

Pay Rate: $21 $24 per hour (weekly pay)

Schedule: Monday to Friday 1st shift
