We are seeking a Front-End Developer (ReactJS) to join our team. This role will involve designing and implementing highly scalable interactive and user-friendly web applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in ReactJS JavaScript CSS and UI testing frameworks and a passion for building modern digital experiences.

Location: Plano TX / Tampa FL / Chicago IL Hybrid Onsite

Job Description
As a Front-End Developer (ReactJS) you will play a critical role in developing and optimizing enterprise-grade applications. You will collaborate with product managers UX designers and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver best-in-class user interfaces. The Front-End Developer (ReactJS) will be responsible for ensuring responsive design accessibility compliance and seamless integration with back-end services. Additionally the Front-End Developer (ReactJS) will contribute to CI/CD pipelines testing automation and performance improvements.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 5 years of professional software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
- Deep expertise in modern front-end technologies: React (hooks component-based architecture state management context Redux).
- Strong skills in TypeScript and JavaScript (ES6 features promises async patterns).
- Proficiency in CSS (modern techniques preprocessors responsive design).
- Experience with Single-Page Applications (SPAs) and RESTful integrations.
- Familiarity with build tools and version control systems (Webpack Rollup Git/GitHub).
- Solid understanding of the enterprise web application lifecycle (design build deploy).
- Hands-on experience with UI testing and quality frameworks such as Jest Cypress React Testing Library.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (ADA/WCAG) UI design systems and content management systems.
- Exposure to web analytics digital marketing experimentation and performance metrics.
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tooling (e.g. Jenkins pipelines).
- Excellent collaboration and influencing skills across product UX analytics and compliance teams.
