Base Salary:

ASN RNs: 1 year: $27.50/hr 5 years: $32.35/hr 10 years: $37.20/hr 15 years: $45.55/hr
BSN RNs: 1 year: $28.75/hr 5 years: $33.60/hr 10 years: $38.45/hr 15 years: $46.80/hr

Job Description:

Deliver direct individualized care to women and children by applying scientific nursing process and principles
Collaborate with the patient their families and other professional disciplines to ensure effective delivery of patient care and achievement of desired patient outcomes
Practice in accordance with the Texas Nurse Practice Act
Participate in committee activities surveys and improvement initiatives
