Job Description
FT Schedule: Mon 8-6pm Tues-Thurs 8-5pm possibly 7-3pm day TBD (no Fridays or Saturdays!)
Compensation: $45 - $49/hr plus monthly incentive bonus
Average Patients Per Day: 8
