Job Summary
AIXTOR Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records preparing and analyzing financial statements and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations.
Responsibilities:
Manage all accounting operations including billing A/R A/P GL and inventory accounting.
Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements.
Coordinate and complete annual audits
Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies.
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
Analyze financial information and summarize financial status.
Provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in accounting or finance
3 years of experience in accounting or related field
Knowledge of accounting principles practices and procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
