Job Title: Operation Analyst

Job Description Summary

Provides support for floor MACD work must have strong PM knowledge but is very much a co-Ordinator and support for moves.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Good understanding of Project Management
Provide day-to-day operational support for trader voice systems migrations
Gathered requirements from various teams for the provisioning of moves to satisfy end-user requirements
Coordination with all assigned business leads to review the Unigy roll out to new users
Assess and recommend appropriate training to assist during transition
Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests in line with SLAs.
Acted as a Subject Matter Expert on trader voice
Collaborate with network infrastructure and trading desk teams to ensure system availability and functionality.
Work out of hours when required to support vendors and project team activities
Deliver effective and defect-free support (hardware software and/or operations) overseeing the execution of migrations and maintaining accurate documentation
Interact with clients to provide quality service/solutions consistent with objectives and client requirements
Provide technical support including on-call support for a suite of designated hardware software or applications to ensure service levels are maintained
Respond to requests for information and assist project teams
