Job Summary

Job Title: Archer Platform Engineer

Work Location: Phoenix AZ 85054 Fort Mill SC 29715 / Charlotte NC 28226 / Hartford CT 06103 (Day one Onsite)

Responsibilities:

Design configure and maintain Archer platform solutions.
Develop implement and optimize advanced workflows and integrations.
Collaborate with Risk & Compliance stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Archer solutions.
Troubleshoot platform-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
Ensure Archer applications are aligned with governance risk and compliance (GRC) frameworks.
Perform upgrades patches and maintenance for the Archer environment.
Document processes configurations and workflows for knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

6 years of experience working with RSA Archer platform.
Strong expertise in Archer platform-level activities including advanced workflow design and configuration.
Hands-on experience with Archer administration integrations and data feeds.
Knowledge of Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) frameworks and best practices.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience with Archer modules related to Risk & Compliance.
Scripting or automation experience.
Archer certifications (Administrator Associate or Specialist).
