Achieve daily call targets and complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
Provide clear process guidance and support to prospects and clients.

Maintain accurate records of calls interactions and follow-up activities.
Take initiative to drive results and contribute to team success.
Requirements:
Graduate (any discipline).
02 years of experience in customer support / telesales / inside sales.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work within timelines.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).
