The Role: Sales Consultant
This on-site role is all about converting inbound leads into successful enrolments. Youll be speaking with potential students understanding their career aspirations and guiding them toward the most suitable courses. With a steady stream of warm leads (no cold calling) this is an opportunity for a confident closer to thrive in a fast-paced high-reward environment.
Key Responsibilities

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales with a proven track record as a strong closer

Handle a high volume of inbound leads ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions

Build rapport and trust with students while understanding their needs and career goals

Recommend suitable accredited courses and guide students through the enrolment process

Maintain an accurate structured sales pipeline using the CRM system

Collaborate with marketing by providing feedback on lead quality and sales trends

Consistently achieve and exceed sales and performance targets

Stay up to date on UK education trends and the companys product offerings
About You

Matric certificate (essential)

Proven experience in education sales (essential)

Strong closer with persuasive communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organisational and time-management abilities

Resilient target-driven and adaptable to UK working hours

Willingness to work onsite in Uvongo

What You Can Expect
