A dynamic and growing business in the premium beverage and lifestyle space committed to delivering quality products and memorable customer experiences is seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth building strong customer relationships and expanding opportunities within the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets through effective planning and execution.
- Promote sell and secure orders from both existing and prospective customers.
- Develop and implement sales plans by channel brand and area.
- Manage key accounts and execute brand-building activities.
- Conduct customer visits and calls as per agreed schedules.
- Provide in-store support including promotions tastings merchandising and displays.
- Research and develop prospective customer leads.
- Supply management with feedback on customer needs market trends and competitor activity.
- Participate in trade shows and conventions.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Sales.
- At least 3 years of proven sales experience.
- Strong communication selling and people skills.
- Ability to plan organize and handle difficult customers effectively.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Valid drivers licence and own transport.
