As a Strategic Financial Manager youll serve as a key partner to our clients bringing a strategic lens to their financial journey Rather than simply reporting on numbers youll focus on deeply understanding each clients business aligning with their vision and turning financial data into meaningful actionable insights This client-facing role involves regular engagement reviewing performance and offering proactive forward-thinking guidance to support long-term growth
Serve as a trusted financial advisor deeply understanding each clients business vision and goals
Build strong long-term client relationships and contribute to strategic decision-making
Deliver insightful financial analysis that drives growth efficiency and scalability
Translate financial data into clear actionable business guidance
Lead and collaborate with internal team members to ensure high-quality client support
Foster a positive solutions-focused team environment
Develop tailored financial strategies to solve complex client challenges
Prepare and lead impactful client meetings and strategy sessions
Communicate financial insights in a way that aligns with client objectives
Support a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in financial thinking
Skills & Experience:
Proven ability of strong client engagement
Ability to integrate with executive teams
Strong Leadership ability
You are someone that has a natural talent at building relationships

Qualification:
CA(SA) minimum 1 3 years experience
