Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the IT service delivery for the call centre ensuring smooth functioning and efficiency of operations
  • Provide back-end support for IT systems and processes
  • Good understanding of Networking Systems Voice and business applications.
  • Lead and manage the IT team providing guidance support and resolving any escalated issues
  • Willingness to work in a 24 x 7 environment

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in IT or Matric withan expeirence IT working background
  • Proven experience in IT service delivery
  • Recognized certifications like ITIL/ ITSM.

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 4 years and maximum of 10 years of experience in IT service delivery
  • Experience in managing IT teams
