Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the IT service delivery for the call centre ensuring smooth functioning and efficiency of operations
- Provide back-end support for IT systems and processes
- Good understanding of Networking Systems Voice and business applications.
- Lead and manage the IT team providing guidance support and resolving any escalated issues
- Willingness to work in a 24 x 7 environment
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in IT or Matric withan expeirence IT working background
- Proven experience in IT service delivery
- Recognized certifications like ITIL/ ITSM.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years and maximum of 10 years of experience in IT service delivery
- Experience in managing IT teams
