Were looking for a dynamic Deputy GM to join our executive team a natural leader who thrives in high-volume luxury environments and is ready to shape the future of one of Cape Towns most iconic hotels.
What Youll Do
- Lead day-to-day operations across Rooms F&B Housekeeping Spa Guest Experience Security & Engineering.
- Partner with the GM to drive strategy commercial growth and brand positioning.
- Deliver strong financial results through P&L management forecasting and cost optimisation.
- Inspire and manage a 200 team building a culture of accountability innovation and service excellence.
- Champion guest experience and ensure every touchpoint reflects our luxury brand.
- Engage with owners investors and high-profile stakeholders as a trusted ambassador.
What TheyLooking For
- 10 years in senior hotel leadership (35 years as Assistant/Deputy GM or Hotel Manager in 200 key operations).
- Proven ability to manage multi-outlet operations at scale.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Strategic entrepreneurial thinker with deep knowledge of Cape Towns hospitality market.
- A leader with emotional intelligence presence and credibility.
- Valid South African ID.
