Job Summary
Job Description: Sales Agent (Call Centre)
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in the international call centre to promote and sell products or services.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through telesales techniques and strategies.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills to engage potential customers and promote the companys offerings.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum educational requirement: Matric (High School Diploma).
- Possess strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers over the phone.
- You cannot be under debt review
- You cannot haveanaccount in arears over 5000 rand
- You cannot have any criminal record
- Working hours (US campaign) 8 hour shift
Desired Experience:
- Previous experience in an international call centre environment.
- Experience in telesales or a similar role is preferred.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range: R 7000 - R 7900 per month.
