Franklin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for a Service Filing Clerk. This position would be an administrative role focused on organizing and maintaining physical and electronic service records and documents for our service department.
Job Description:
- Classify sort organize and file service documents related to vehicle repairs.
- Maintain filing and organization of file room.
- Scanning documents into our secured digital document platform
- Verifying that scanned documents were scanned and uploaded correctly and accurately
- Locating and delivering requested files to advisors warranty admin and managers when needed.
- Record Management- tracking when documents are borrowed and verifying that the documents have been returned.
- Confidentiality- handling sensitive information with discretion and adhering to data privacy and security regulations.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Excellent Computer Skills
- Previous Dealership experience preferred
- Detail oriented skills with strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Fast learner that is open to change and able to handle a demanding environment
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- A professional appearance
- Strong communication and people skills- both written and verbal
- All applicants must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
