We are looking for a Business Analyst to further strengthen our CI & Transformation team in Stolt Tankers. As CI is considered a global priority within Stolt-Nielsen you will act as key driver. The role requires a confident efficient and self-motivated individual who is a capable communicator with the ability to influence people and projects with analysis.
What you will be doing
The Business Analyst provides support to the CI Experts and works closely with them to determine and deliver expert business analysis activities and deliverables on various assigned projects.
Key responsibilities
Provide support to the CI Experts in various project activities.
Gather and interpret (financial) information/ data to participate in production of business cases.
Produce high quality papers and PowerPoint presentations.
Work with project team to ensure data presented is valid.
Coordinate and facilitate workshops for the programs.
Support the Project Manager in all phases of the A3 methodology such as identifying current conditions and goal setting developing root cause analysis and counter measures creating business cases and support the implementation and measurement of the impact.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or higher - Technical (Engineering preferred).
0-3 years working experience.
Proven business analysis experience.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Experience in data modelling.
Shipping and/or operational knowledge/experience/interest.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external delivery.
Excellent MS Office suite skills advanced excel skills is required.
Power BI skills (nice to have).
