About the Role
As an IT Specialist I youll be the first point of contact for technical supporthelping employees with hardware software and network issues while learning and growing in your IT career.
What Youll Do
Provide support for office and production technology including PCs printers barcode scanners handhelds and machine-connected devices.
Manage user accounts and access through Active Directory and other core business systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware software and network issues across office and manufacturing environments.
Maintain IT asset inventory ensuring devices and software remain updated and compliant.
Document solutions and contribute to knowledge sharing.
Assist colleagues with new tools and systems.
Escalate issues to senior team members when needed.
Participate in after-hours or on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 manufacturing support when needed.
What You Bring
Eagerness to start or grow your IT career.
Prior IT/helpdesk experience (preferred not required).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
