We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Product Line Manager to join our creative Product Management team in the active ingredients category. As a Junior Product Line Manager you will support our award-winning team by providing essential contributions to the growth of our cosmetic active ingredients portfolio. This role offers valuable hands-on experience and the opportunity to develop skills in product development market analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the market trends in the cosmetic industry and provide comprehensive summary.
  • Gather and provide competitive intelligence landscape.
  • Supporting the PLMs in the development and positioning of concepts for ingredients to respond to market trends and ensure growth.
  • Supporting the PLMs in the development of sales arguments and sales tools for products such as one-page sheets lists document updates etc.
  • Providing preliminary statistics on sales revenue profit margin and product life cycles.
  • Help create tools to improve the promotion of our products.
  • Develop marketing tools to support sales.
  • Propose marketing materials for products.
  • Review and validate global documentation linked to products.
  • Help coordinate global communication campaign linked to products strategy.


Requirements

  • University degree in cosmetic science formulation biology chemistry or a related field
  • Experience related to the cosmetics industry or similar industries is an asset (sales/marketing).
  • Available to travel occasionally (10%)
  • English spoken and written
  • French is a plus
