Coordinate events end-to-endfrom intimate briefings and community activations to large high-profile programs. Manage logistics suppliers and stakeholders to keep everything on time on brand and on budget.What youll do- Plan and deliver events end-to-end: scope schedules run sheets and approvals
- Liaise with internal stakeholders partners suppliers and venues
- Manage AV staging catering signage/wayfinding and site plans
- Oversee on-the-day operations: briefings FOH crowd flow and pack-down
- Track budgets POs and invoices; report on outcomes and insights
- Drive WHS/risk planning (incidents weather traffic) and permits
What youll bring- Forward-thinking solutions-focused mindset; calm under pressure
- 3 years coordinating small and large-scale events
- Excellent stakeholder management and supplier coordination
- Strong organisation: budgets timelines and competing priorities
- Solid WHS/risk awareness and confident on-site operations
- Tertiary qualification in Events/Comms (advantageous)
