Job Summary
Special Education Teacher(Long-Term Substitute)Anticipated Dates: December 8 2025 January 7 2026Responsibilities include:Serve as the special education liaison for an assigned caseload of studentsTeach small group and co-teach inclusion coursesParticipate in and at times chair team meetingsWrite and amend IEPs as necessaryAttend planning meetings as assignedMaintain student confidentialityTeach students needing social and emotional supportCollaborate with support staff such as School Adjustment Counselor/Social Worker School Psychologist Teachers and Paraprofessionals
