WHAT TO EXPECT

Our scheme consists of three rotations in 2 years across a range of areas including:

• Strategy and Operations
• AI & Data AnalyticsDigital & IT
• Cloud & Mobile
• Cybersecurity
• Product and Technology Development

During the programme you will build a core understanding of our strategy and operations across different domains and markets and try on different roles for accelerated growth. You could work as the next AI consultant or act as a Project Manager leading cross-market initiatives end to end. You could be investigating new technology concepts and articulating their relevance and impact to senior stakeholders. The roles will be varied some strategic others more operational giving you a flavour of different career paths. You will also have the option for an international rotation within our Operating Companies and Ventures.

I knew I wanted to work in Tech but I also wanted opportunities to explore different functions and working environments. WHAT WE LOOK FOR

Were looking for graduates with a results-led approach who are curious and confident enough to share new ideas. You should have a degree in a STEM or Business related field or have experience with data science and analysis . However most of all we want to see your passion and natural affinity for technology your confidence in pushing the boundaries and your creative approach.
