A well-established family-run automotive business with a team of nine long-serving staff is now seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to take responsibility for wages payroll and monthly reporting.

The business offers a stable friendly working environment with excellent long-term prospects as well as a competitive salary of 40000 per annum. The hours are Monday to Friday 8am5pm with an early finish at around 3pm on Fridays.

Responsibilities

• Managing payroll and wages using SAGE
• Preparing accurate end-of-month financial reports
• Supporting with annual ordering processes
• Liaising with internal teams and external contacts where required

Qualifications

• Proven bookkeeping and payroll experience
• Proficiency in SAGE accounting software
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

Salary and Benefits

• 40000 per annum
• MondayFriday 8am5pm (early finish Fridays)
• 1 month sick pay
• Free on-site parking
• 22 days holiday bank holidays (rising with service up to 5 weeks)
• Pension scheme
