Are you a motivated student or recent graduate eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic international environment Our Global Commercial Contracting team is looking for an Intern or Part-Time Student Assistant to support key initiatives in contract operations digital tools and process optimization.

What Youll Do
Whether you join as an intern or a student assistant youll contribute to meaningful work across several areas:
Contract Data Enrichment & Analysis
Validate and analyse contract metadata to ensure accuracy and support reporting and compliance.
Learning & Enablement Support
Create tutorial videos and guides to help users navigate systems and workflows.
Process Documentation & Optimization
Assist in mapping and documenting processes to improve efficiency and standardization.
System Access Oversight
Monitor user access rights and support governance and security compliance.
Issue Tracking & Resolution Support
Help identify document and follow up on system-related issues.
What Youll Gain

Who Were Looking For
Youre currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Business Administration Law Operations or a related field.

Youre proficient in MS Office tools (Excel PowerPoint Word); experience with CLM or contract management systems is a plus.
Youre available for either a full-time internship or a part-time student assistant role (flexible hours to accommodate your studies).
