Were hiring a full-time remote onboarding specialist to handle 45-minute onboarding calls for customers whove purchased ID card printers. Your job is to walk them through setup make sure everything works and help them feel confident using their new printer and software.
Must be available full-time during these hours without overlap from other jobs
About the role:
Our client is seeking a charismatic and client-oriented Onboarding Specialist to guide new customers through a seamless onboarding journey during their first 90 days post-purchase.
Your mission is to ensure clients feel supported confident and set up for long-term successpreventing churn and reducing issues through proactive engagement.
This is a client-facing remote role where youll lead onboarding calls with new users help them get up and running and serve as a trusted point of contact between the sales team and technical support. Its ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced high-touch environments and enjoys working directly with North American clients via video calls.
HubSpot (CRM notes email)
Shopify (order and item verification)
Aircall (for inbound and outbound calls)
Fluent professional-level English speaking and writing
Fast and stable internet (minimum 100 Mbps)
Two- large updated 24 inch plus screen setup required)
Reliable electricity no power outages
Strong communication and customer-facing skills
Must be tech-savvy and comfortable with software and printers
Must not have another job this is a full-time commitment
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Charismatic & Friendly: Comfortable on video warm presence and naturally engaging
Client-Facing Experience: Previous experience in customer success onboarding or
support roles preferred
Tech-Savvy: Basic computer proficiency required; able to navigate online systems with
ease
Excellent Communicator: Fluent in English; confident with North American
communication styles
Self-Motivated: Works well independently takes initiative and solves problems
proactively
Organized: Manages client follow-ups progress tracking and updates with clarity
This role is designed around delivering an exceptional 60-minute onboarding experience for customers who purchase our ID card printers. Its not just tech support its a structured consultative session that ensures the customer is set up for long-term success.
