Primary Focus: Team Advocacy & Staff Care
This branch of the Office Manager role focuses on supporting the well-being and effectiveness of the NAC student staff team. Acting as liaison with the NAC Coordinator the Office Manager advocates for staff needs helps facilitate communication and ensures program leaders have the resources necessary to succeed. This role also provides direct support to the SET Student Program Manager and SET Office & Communications Assistant. This Position also works directly with the Dual Student Support Manager to Consult and Strategize.
Key Responsibilities:
Advocate for NAC staff needs to the Coordinator ensuring wellness and cohesion.
Facilitate communication across NAC staff roles.
Assist with ordering and securing resources for programs.
Support SET Student Program Manager and Communications Assistant with delegated tasks.
Contribute to maintaining a collaborative supportive team environment.
