Direct Hire Full-Time

Compensation DOE: Up to $35/hr. Shift Differential

Shift: 2nd shift

Are you a CNC pro with live tooling experience Join a high-performance team where precision meets innovation. Were hiring a second-shift Live Tool CNC Lathe Operator in Fairfield OH. This role involves setting up and operating Doosan CNC lathes with live tooling and Fanuc controls to produce precision parts. Candidates should have experience with multi-axis turning blueprint reading tool setup and in-process inspection. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently in a team-oriented environment are essential.

What Youll Do CNC Lathe Operator:

Set up and operate CNC lathes with live tooling and Fanuc controls
Read blueprints and perform precision inspections
Make minor G-code edits and maintain tight tolerances
Collaborate with engineering and quality teams

What You Bring CNC Lathe Operator:

2 years CNC lathe experience (Doosan preferred)
Strong blueprint reading and inspection skills
Familiarity with G-code and live tooling setups
Ability to work independently on 2nd shift
