WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Become a subject matter expert in UWMs applications automated testing tools and testing/defect management
- Design build and manage automated test frameworks and scripts
- Actively participate in UWMs Agile culture and framework (i.e. Continuous Improvement Culture Scrum and Kanban Frameworks)
- Carry out functional and non-functional testing including web accessibility product app security server-side load and performance and client-side page speed
- Review results of automated tests and taking appropriate action (i.e. file defects updating test code/data/configuration etc.)
- Ensure that any areas not covered by automated tests are validated via alternate mechanisms
- Improve product and code testability by influencing design at the architecture phase
- Collaborate with other functions including product management product developmentand designers
- Plan define and execute test strategies in a multi-screen multi-platformweb application environment and ensuring they are released to production with high quality
- Communicate and collaborate within your team and the IT team as a whole
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Required:
- 7 years of experience in software testing
- Strong coding skills in one or more programming languages such as C# and/or Python
- Experience with implementing Performance and API automation
- Experience defining test strategy in collaboration with business stakeholders
- Experienced with Thunder client. RestSharp K6 and/or JMeter
- Experience with Integration and Mutation Testing
- Proficiency with relational databases
- Experience with non-functional testing
- Highly collaborative mindset and a good team player
- Ability to communicate complex technical issues and solutions in a clear simple and understandable way
- Onsite full-time attendance
- Computer-related degree or equivalent experience
Preferred:
- Extensive experience in Python
- Proficiency in baseline testing
- Expertise in Dynatrace Splunk or any monitoring
- Mobile automation tools such as XCTest Espresso and Applitools
- Mortgage knowledge or experience
