This role is ideal for someone with strong communication multitasking and problem-solving skills who enjoys providing support across departments. Previous experience as a paralegal or legal secretary a plus!
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule meetings appointments and travel arrangements.
- Oversee daily office operations including managing supplies equipment and overall workplace cleanliness.
- Provide administrative support such as prepare documents reports and presentations.
- Handle phone calls emails mail and correspondence.
- Greet and assist visitors vendors and staff professionally.
- Assist with bookkeeping: process invoices track expenses and support budgets.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of administrative or office support experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
Compensation: $22$28 per hour based on experience.
