Job Summary
Assistant Team Lead
Rate: $17/hr
Hours: 4pm-2:30am
Mason OH
C-D
Responsibilities:
- Supervise small teams who complete the final quality inspection and fine assembly on components before being released to the factory floor.
- Expected to catch very minor mistakes in printing coloration serial numbers etc. before making it onto the floor.
Requirements:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Basic computer skills. Should be able to use Word and Excel (basic competence).
- Some prior leadership experience supervising small teams.
- Reliable personal transportation.
- Good attention to detail.
