The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR & Payroll Specialist to manage and process employee compensation in accordance with company policies and government regulations. This role is responsible for accurately calculating wages bonuses and final pay; maintaining payroll records; and ensuring timely submission of taxes and statutory reports. Youll work closely with HR to ensure legal compliance respond to employee inquiries conduct payroll audits and stay updated on relevant laws. The role also involves preparing financial reports and assisting with annualization tasks such as the preparation of BIR Form 2316.
